The shipyard

2Bar is an Italian shipyard based in Castel Volturno (Caserta), founded by Mario Barbieri and his sister Francesca, specialising in the design and production of pleasure RIB inflatable boats.

The range includes three main models: the 2Bar 57 (5.70 m, up to 10 people, from 40 hp), the 2Bar 62 (6.20 m, up to 12 people, 40–150 hp) and the 2Bar 82 (8.20 m, recommended power 2×200 hp). The hulls are built in glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) with Hypalon Neoprene ORCA tubes; the upholstery is closed-cell foam and steering is hydraulic on the larger models. A distinctive feature of the brand is its high level of customisation: tube colours, upholstery and accessories can all be configured to order for each unit.
